Our condo gives you the space for your entire family or group to live like you’re at home with both private bedrooms and open living spaces with all the features of home.  At the same time you will be living inside a beachside resort enjoying all the benefits that provides.  There are 3 large pools complete with pool chairs and umbrellas, a dedicated beachfront complete with beach chairs and palapas, daily resort activities like beach and pool volleyball and water aerobics, and nightly resort shows…and if an all-inclusive experience is what you really desire, the Wyndham Alltra hotel offers a daily all-inclusive package for those in the condominiums.  On the other hand, if you prefer to experience more of the local culture and dining options, there are many wonderful selections within easy walking distance and even more just a short, inexpensive cab ride away. Sun, Sea, Adventure & Nature

Banderas Bay is truly a wonderfully unique place that everyone should experience.  Of course if you want to sit and relax, the beach and pools will be perfect…and if you want just a little activity this resort sits on 7 continuous walkable miles of the best beach in the bay with access to local vendors offering parasailing, jet skis and massages immediately adjacent to the resort while the Pacific Ocean waves are perfect for boogie boarding. The resort is accessed from Paseo de los Cocoteros (path of the coconut trees) a beautiful, tree lined 4.2 mile avenue with very popular dedicated walking/biking trails.  For the more adventurous there are practically unlimited excursion opportunities provided by established vendors like the nearby Vallarta Adventures.  And for those who enjoy nature and ecotourism the bay offers guided or self-guided hikes to secluded beaches only accessible by boat or hiking as well as whale watching, evening baby turtles releases and many other interesting options.  Be sure to check out the additional information by clicking on “Beyond the Condo” in the menu!

Dining Options

We are located inside the beautiful Wyndham Alltra Riviera Nayarit All-inclusive Family Resort which gives those in the private condominium residences the option of purchasing all-inclusive day passes from Wyndham to enjoy the AI-experience…Or perhaps exploring all the wonderful local establishments the area has to offer is more your style.  Maybe you prefer to experience a variety of local restaurants but also enjoy the benefit of easy access to pool bar amenities while hanging out at the resort during the day…we have a cash only “Snack Bar” next to the private residences serving great food and drink options every day…and they are very reasonably priced.

Within easy walking distance there are numerous excellent dining options and even more within a very short, inexpensive cab ride.  Of course, Puerto Vallarta is known for its culinary offerings and is also just a short cab ride away.  Click on “Dining Options” for more information & some of our favorites!

Great place to stay! We so enjoyed this condo...we have stayed at a few vacation rental homes. I have never seen such a complete accommodating place to stay as this unit. The kitchen cupboards supplied everything you might possibly need and more! Also included were essentials and more in bathrooms and laundry supplies. Comfortable beds and beautiful decor. We even had boogie boards on the balcony for our use, clips for the pretty beach towels to stay in place on the ocean/pool chairs and a directory of wonderful recommendations for the area including Sayulita and Bucerias villages! Great swimming pools and easy access beachfront! The owners thought through it all when putting their condo on the market for renters! We ate most of our meals at the snack bar by the pool--such delicious fresh food and the women who ran it were very gracious and helpful. Other meals we enjoyed were in the area's surrounding restaurants which were a 10-20 minute taxi ride away. We did not try the restaurants in the Resort next door as they were only all--inclusive for resort patrons and the condo residences who chose to purchase a 24 hour pass--didn't seem worth the cost and the snack bar sandwiches/tacos/guac were amazing so we often opted for that. We had a very responsive property manager--Claudia!

The breeze off the ocean made the a/c unnecessary and hearing the waves and smelling the sea was so very relaxing.   Nuevo Vallarta, for us is the perfect location with its miles of walkable beach and walking path on the road plus great dining in the area.

Stress Free Vacation

The process for renting this property was very easy. The owners communicated effectively. The check in and out was very simple, it is a short distance from the airport. The patio is awesome. The beach was amazing! The pools were great! We ate out at amazing restaurants in walking distance for all ages (although we did use an umbrella stroller for our 4 year old). There are grocery stores a short cab ride away. I used the Spa at the resort and had the most relaxing time! The only thing that I do not recommend at this time is the all inclusive at the hotel. The food was better at the local restaurants and more affordable (we are talking about really great food for much cheaper than what you would pay at Canadian restaurants). We did not need to contact the property manager for anything while we were there. It was a great get away during a stressful time in the world! Even the experience at the airport was good!
