Warm & Welcoming
Our spacious condo offers room for your entire family! Here’s how we are set up…
With a fantastic view through the wall of sliding glass facing the ocean, the main living area is open from the kitchen into the dining area and the living room. These main living areas have a dedicated A/C unit with its own controls along with double ceiling fans. The living room has a sofa and two chairs as well as a new large flatscreen LG Smart TV. Throughout the condo you’ll find that we’ve made a number of upgrades such as the flat panel LED ceiling lights, modern remote control ceiling fans, new furniture and decor, and several new appliances.
The dining area has a new granite topped dining table with seating for 6…and we provide all the dishes, silverware, and glassware for an elegant dining experience right in the condo.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware and utensils you’ll need to prepare just about anything you desire. You’ll also find a full size refrigerator with ice and water in the door, a microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, cooktop and wall oven (a rare find in most area condos)…and don’t forget the blender with one touch setting for making your own perfectly blended frozen drinks!
The primary, beach facing bedroom provides spectacular views through the full width sliding glass wall which opens to the balcony. It has a king bed with its own ensuite bath including both a shower and a separate jacuzzi bathtub. You’ll also enjoy the walk-in closet in this room along with your own ceiling fan, and A/C unit with its own controls just for this bedroom. There is also a Smart TV with a FireTV stick to provide access to even more apps & streaming choices.
The secondary, mountain facing bedroom also has a king bed and plenty of closet space…and the adjacent bathroom is the most spacious in the condo with the largest counter and largest shower. This bedroom also is furnished with its own Smart TV, ceiling fan, and A/C unit with its own controls just for this bedroom.
While the third bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom and good closet space, the bedroom is really a small bunkroom. The twin sized bunkbeds will accommodate anyone, but they are probably most appropriate for the kids. There is not a TV in this room, but it does include a dedicated A/C unit with its own controls just for this bedroom.
Throughout the condo you’ll have strong, fast, fiber optic wifi service, which allows seamless streaming on the Smart TVs and easy access for all your personal devices. If you are a Netflix subscriber, you can use your own account credentials for access to Netflix. Of course, there are all the other typical streaming apps preloaded as well; but know that most other US based streaming options geographically restrict their usage outside of the US.
Don’t forget the patio that extends the full width of the condo. With its own remote controlled ceiling fan and full size stainless gas grill, outdoor dining on the large patio table and evenings spent watching the spectacular sunsets will be unforgettable!
As is evident in the photos below as well as our full photo gallery…from paint to lighting to ceiling fans to appliances, furniture and decor, we have updated virtually everything in the condo with a consistent warm, beachy theme to make each visit as comfortable as home.
