Terms, Conditions and Rules you need to know.
Access to the resort property and to our condo is strictly limited to those with specific permission to enter. Upon check-in to our condo your entire party will pass through the security gate, and the names and identification of each person will be checked by security against the list of names on your reservation. Our condo is limited to a maximum of 6 occupants. This limitation is designated by the local ordinances and is enforced by the condo administration and security. We have no way of making an exception to this limitation, and if a party arrives with more than 6 people or people that are not named on the reservation list, they will be denied access to the property.
Prior to entering the resort property security will require that the main contact in your party read and sign the rules sheet acknowledging the limitations. After you’ve made a reservation and in advance of your stay, we will provide this document to you and will forward it to the condo administration along with the names of those in your party so that this step is complete prior to your arrival. You are strongly encouraged to review this document now, and prior to completing a reservation you will be required to acknowledge your acceptance of all Terms, Conditions and Rules. All payments made for this reservation are non-refundable. The specifics of this requirement along with additional commitments are detailed in the Rental Agreement. Upon completing your reservation we will forward to you a formal Rental Agreement which must be signed and returned to us within 3 days to secure your reservation. You are strongly encouraged to review this document now, and prior to completing a reservation you will be required to acknowledge that you have read the linked documents and acceptance all Terms, Conditions and Rules. How to reach us:
Arriving at our condo is really easy. At just about 12 kilometers from the Puerto Vallarta Airport, under normal traffic it takes about 20 minutes to get to the resort.
- By plane: Schedule your flight into Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport, airport code PVR.
- From the Airport to the resort: There are plenty of options for transportation from the airport to the resort. We find the fastest and most economical option is to simply take a taxi. These are plentiful at the airport and there is virtually no wait. The rates are fixed and you can pay at the taxi desk inside the airport by credit card, or cash in Mexican Pesos or US dollars. Upon booking with us we’ll provide specifics on the process and updated rates, but generally it will be about $20 for a party of 3 or $40 for 6.
Should you intend to bring a personal car or rental car please let us know in advance. There is a single parking spot assigned to our condo unit, and we’ll be glad to make it available to you. However, normally our personal car remains parked in the spot in our absence; so we’ll need to make arrangements to relocate it prior to your arrival.
